Excellent suggestion. Congress could pass laws against cancer and poof! no more cancer.
I like the final jab at conservatives (who are obviously unfamiliar with the meaning of the term) at the end of the article. I guess the authors could only find earmarks by Republicans-- Maybe Murtha has turned over a new leaf.
