Like any good monopoly, government education in Utah rose to the occasion and defeated a modest attempt at introducing competition into the education industry.

I'm really wishing I didn't vote now.
In your case we can grant special dispensation. Of course, it will have to be administered by a bureaucrat vested with the proper degrees, certifications, and union memberships.
I'd say the ring of power qualifies me.
Do I have the special dispensation? I voted, and once again find I am a minority of sorts. I will spank myself for that instead.
I believe you have something. Wouldn't the world be a better place if the minorities spanked themselves?
